Monthly work — bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and payroll tax returns — and annual work: annual accounts, KVK filing, corporate income tax, personal income tax and supplementary VAT returns. What recurs, and how often, is set once per client — monthly, quarterly or custom — after which it comes back in the planning by itself.
Each activity is assigned per client to an employee, with hours and a frequency. Next to it sits the utilisation per employee and per month: planned against contracted hours, leave included. An overbooked month turns red, so work can be moved in time.
Yes. Recurring work is set up per client, so with two employees everything still sits on one planning board, with an owner and a deadline for each activity. A subscription starts at one user and can be cancelled any month.
In a spreadsheet every status, deadline and new period is kept up by hand.
