Where Offsoo came from
Offsoo came out of daily practice: the first version was built with a group of ten or so firms, nearly all of them planning in Excel — too many clients, too many tabs, too little overview. What worked there grew into the planning software now used daily by 200+ firms.
With Offsoo, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks are planned centrally, progress per client is visible, and work is divided clearly across the team.
Behind the scenes, smart logic supports signals and insights, and through the MCP integration, AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT answer questions directly from Offsoo — always supportive, with control staying at the firm.
